These terms are maintained by NorthPeak Cleaning and apply to all bookings. Last updated 2026.
Booking and confirmation
Prices shown online are estimates based on the details you provide. Your final price is confirmed by our team before the cleaning takes place.
Cancellations
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Later changes may be subject to a partial fee to cover the reserved crew time.
Access to your home
You agree to provide safe access at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter, we will contact you and may need to reschedule.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no cost.
